Grown at high altitudes (1,700–2,000m) near the Karambi Washing Station, this coffee features the unique Urwagwa Brew process. This Signature Recipe uses anaerobic fermentation with Urwagwa—a traditional Rwandan banana beer—before being dried using the Sleeping Bag technique.
