We’re continuing our streak of elite, caffeine-free heavy hitters with this latest drop from Oscar Hernandez at Finca Los Nogales. 

This lot utilizes the revolutionary Mucilage EA (Mossto) process.
Instead of standard processing, Oscar repurposes the nutrient-dense juices from the coffee’s own cherries to create a natural solvent.
It’s a circular, flavor-first method that preserves the cellular integrity of the bean while amping up the sweetness to an almost neon level.

This is the same farm and technique that recently dominated the U.S. Brewers Cup stage, and it’s easy to see why.
It’s a dense, saturated, and incredibly vibrant cup that holds its own against any caffeinated lot on our shelf.

In the brew, we are finding notes of Green Apple, Kiwi, and a rich Honey.
